SHIPPING IN THE USA
Heyday Footwear offers free UPS Ground shipping standard on orders totaling $100 or more in the continental United States (except Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico). UPS Ground shipping is not guaranteed to deliver by a certain date or time but you can refer to the map below to see average transit times.
After you place your order, you'll receive an email from HeydayFootwear.com confirming your order and receive your 14 digit PO number. When your order is ready to ship, you'll receive a 2nd email with your UPS tracking number which you can click on to track your package process. You can also paste your 14 digit PO # into the "Order Status" box at the op right hand side on HeydayFootwear.com and track your package that way. The email you enter when you place your order is the email we will use, please be sure it's correct.
If you need a guaranteed delivery time, you can select the UPS Next Day Air or Second Day Select shipping upgrade at checkout for an additional charge based on your shipping location.
Orders usually ship within 24-48 hours of placing your order from our warehouse located in Massachusetts unless otherwise noted. Orders placed after 4pm on business days or on weekends and holidays will usually be shipped the next business day. UPS Ground delivery may take between 2 and 7 days to reach you depending on your shipping location.
Please note UPS will NOT deliver to PO boxes or APO addresses, you must provide a residential or business address for delivery. Shipping charges are not refundable if items are returned or exchanged.
