ORDERS

Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically e-mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that Heyday Footwear has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, Heyday Footwear will issue a credit to your credit card account.

When orders are received, we capture the user's computer information to help resolve order issues, if they occur. This information is not used outside this process. We do not retain your credit card information after you make a purchase.

SHIPPING

All shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice at the time the order is placed. There are no additional handling fees.

Please note that UPS is closed and does not pick-up on federal holidays. Your package will be picked up the following business day.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers or providers, Heyday Footwear shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products or services listed at the incorrect price. Heyday Footwear shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Heyday Footwear shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
